Betlief operates betlief.com, a natural language interface that helps users find prediction markets matching their beliefs. We do not host, operate, or settle prediction markets ourselves. We route users to third-party venues (currently Polymarket and Kalshi). By using betlief.com you agree to these Terms.

We translate natural language beliefs into matched prediction markets on third-party venues, display public market data, and link out to those venues. We do not accept deposits, hold funds, place trades on your behalf, or facilitate any financial transaction. All trading activity occurs on the third-party venue under that venue's own terms.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any prediction market venue is legal in your jurisdiction. Some prediction markets are restricted or prohibited in certain US states and countries. We do not verify your location or eligibility. If you are not legally permitted to use a venue we link to, do not click through.

Betlief is an information and routing tool. Nothing on betlief.com — including parsed beliefs, matched markets, displayed prices, confidence scores, or commentary — constitutes financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. Prediction market prices are not forecasts and should not be treated as such. Do not use Betlief as the basis for any financial decision.

Betlief uses AI to parse beliefs into structured queries and to match them against available markets. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. We make no warranty that any match is correct, that prices are current, or that a matched market actually tests the belief you intended. Verify everything on the destination venue before acting.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Betlief and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or trading losses, arising from or related to your use of the site, the third-party venues, or any matched market. Aggregate liability is limited to one hundred US dollars (USD $100).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Betlief and its operators from any claim arising from your use of the site, your conduct on third-party venues, or your violation of these Terms.

Do not attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service. Do not use Betlief to harass, defraud, or impersonate others. Do not submit beliefs containing illegal content. We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate access at our discretion.

Betlief participates in affiliate programs with prediction market venues. When you click through to a venue from Betlief, we may earn a referral fee or commission based on your activity at that venue. This does not change the price you pay or the terms of your trades on the venue. Affiliate revenue is how we fund the service.

Polymarket, Kalshi, and any other linked venue are independent third parties. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or controlled by them. Their terms, privacy policies, and risk disclosures govern your activity on their platforms. We are not responsible for their conduct, uptime, market resolution, or fund custody.

Betlief, the betlief.com site, and the Betlief brand are owned by the operator. The natural language parsing system, match logic, and challenge mechanic are proprietary. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.
